Josefina Iniguez

My name is Josefina Iniguez, I am a Director and Administrator at Twinkle Little Star Center. I am in charge of building the foundation of our center, I like to challenge my employees as well as to allow them to build ownership in our company. I value the variety, creativity and individualism of my employees. I strongly believe that teacher’s individuality symbolizes a treasure box where our children are the ones who benefit from and parents are thankful for. Helping others is one of my best satisfactions as a person and as a professional; as a result, I am always finding ways to reach out to my community and be of service. Being part of Twinkle Little Star Center has satisfied my purpose as a professional, person and mother. being around children is a true happy calming sensation. My trust and pride towards Twinkle staff is enormous, I trust their work and love towards children, I am blessed to bring my own son here and be a witness of his rapid growth not only physically but mentally. Twinkle Little Star Center Values children’s education and creativity and individualism, I can assure that my son is ready for kindergarten because he has built the skills that will put him in a good position there.
